Rhythm of material tectonic to social change
Due to the relatively flat basin climate and the downward slope from the East, the city is very limited in natural resources. In addition, the living conditions are affected by the lack of social and economic resources. Thus, the project proposed a sharing living environment to enhance the living quality in Martina Bustos. The housing compound is made of two L shaped units sharing a common space and a courtyard. This layout encourages community and neighborhood interaction and forging an intimate relationship. Each unit is equipped with prefabricated kitchen and bathroom facilities.
